Outreach teams are formed primarily to care for the people who are not a part of our church and who may or may not become a part of our church in the future. Having the spiritual gift listed under each team heading is not a necessity in most cases for serving on that particular team but it would certainly be a plus. If you have discovered your spiritual gift, the spiritual gift designation may help you find a ministry team you would enjoy being a part of.
