It’s that time again. Your Loving Choices Annual “Walk in the Park.” For many of you this ministry is familiar and near and dear to your heart. For others, this may be the first time that you have ever heard of Your Loving Choices.
The ministry is a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian organization promoting life as given from God; offering loving support to those facing unplanned pregnancies, providing education about the life-giving options of adoption and parenting, conveying God’s healing to those traumatized by abortion, and advocating abstinence as the only true prevention of sexual crisis.
All of Your Loving Choices services are free and confidential. The center is located at 904 Market St. in Bloomsburg, and has been serving the community for 16 years. Throughout the 16 years of ministry, over 1000 clients have been seen … Over 1000 lives directly touched with God’s love.
Area community members and churches like ours are the sole supporters of Your Loving Choices Ministry and that is why I am encouraging you to become a walk participant for this year’s “Walk in the Park.” All proceeds go solely toward the operational costs of the ministry.
The event will be held on Saturday, May 5th at the Bloomsburg Town Park. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the opening ceremony will follow at 9:30. There will be refreshments and children’s activities, as well as music for entertainment. A former client will be giving her testimony of the blessing Your Loving Choices has been to her. All participants will then venture on a lovely 2-mile “Walk in the Park.” Please consider joining me by supporting this ministry as a walker or by sponsoring someone else who will be walking. Please see me or call me if you are interested in participating or by being a sponsor. Thank you. Serving in Jesus Name, Cheryl Dent,

One way you can lend us a hand is by donating your leftover Easter eggs for our scavenger hunt. We could also use other donations and LOTS of volunteers. If you want to help make this lock-in a success please contact Ellen Withrow. Our theme is seeking God and one way to do that is in each other. So, show us God's love and help us out. All youth in Grades 7-12 and their friends are welcome. Please RSVP to Ellen. Participants and their parents will need to sign a Covenant. See Ellen to obtain a copy. Not attending? Here's how you can help: 1) Pray for the youth and their leaders during this activity 2) Donate fruit--sign-up in the back of the sanctuary
